Pydgeon is a simple GPU-based discontinuous Galerkin code loosely based on the MATLAB codes from the DG textbook by Jan Hesthaven and Tim Warburton. It is based on PyOpenCL. It is discussed in detail in an article in the 'Jade edition' of the GPU Computing Gems series edited by Wen-mei Hwu.
